The 46th annual Mississippi Watermelon Festival will be Friday and Saturday, July 19^th and 20^th in Mize.  This year’s entertainer is Josh Gracin on Saturday night. The Watermelon Festival has fun for the whole family including the €”biggest”€� watermelon contest, a car show, a 5-K Run/Walk, a kid’s area, seed-spitting and watermelon eating contests plus the best food and watermelon around.
