Official Rules for the B95 Money Song Contest
1. You must be 18 years or older to win.
2. B95 reserves the right to use any audio, video or photographic material which involves the winner or their family for promotional use
without further compensation or permission.
3. Winners must waive any claims of liability against B95/WBBN Radio Station, Blakeney Communications, Inc. its employees and agents for any
personal injury or loss, including death, or any property loss or damage which may occur from participation in the contest or use of any prize. Blakeney Communications, Inc. makes no warranty
or claim whatsoever as to the safety, health or advisability of participating in the B95 Money Song Contest. Winners should participate and accept and use prizes on at their own risk.
Winners of trips to the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida or other destinations, trips or concerts will be required to sign a written waiver of liability and agree to hold Blakeney
Communications, Inc. harmless for any liability whatsoever related to this contest and any prize awarded.
4. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of B95 and Blakeney Communications, Inc., its advertising agencies and promotional companies
involved in the promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.
5. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Holiday Inn Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida, their advertising and promotional companies
or any other vendors involved in this promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall also be ineligible to participate in this promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.
6. Employees of other radio stations and television stations are ineligible to win.
7. One Money Song winner per household in October and one Money Song winner per household in November.
8. Listen to the B95 Breakfast Club each weekday morning (Mon-Fri) at approximately 7:10 AM from October 3rdthrough December 2nd for a preview of that day's B95 Money Song. Be the 25th Caller
on the B95 Contest lines after the song plays in its entirety between 9 AM and 5 PM the same day to win $95 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. Be the 25th Caller the first
time that day's B95 Money Song plays between 9 AM and 5 PM on Thursdays to win $1,000 cash!
9. There will be one B95 $95 Money Song Winner on Monday (the first time the designated Money Song plays between 9 AM and 5 PM), 2 B95 $95
winners on Two-fer Tuesdays, 1 B95 $95 Money Song Winner (the first 2 times the designated Money Song plays between 9 AM and 5 PM) on Wild Card Wednesdays (plus we'll throw in a getaway trip or
some other great prize), 1 B95 $1,000 Money Song Winner (the first time the B95 Money Song plays between 9 AM and 5 PM) on Thousand Dollar Thursdays! And on Free For All Fridays, B95 may play
the B95 Money Song once or several times between 9 AM and 5 PM and each time it plays in its entirety, the 25th Caller will win $95 cash. B95 reserves the right to throw in
other great prizes, such as concert tickets, getaways , etc. for Wednesday and Friday Money Song Winners at its discretion.
10. $1000 winners should bring their Driver's License and Social Security card with them to claim the prize.
11. B95 and Blakeney Communications reserve the right to change any or all of these rules at any time by posting
changes at b95country.com and/or announcing any such rule changes on B95.
